1Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, signing an order form, or using FuelBotics (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

2The Service

FuelBotics is browser-based software for managing fuel station operations, available at portal.fuelbotics.com. The features available to you depend on your plan. We may improve, change or add features over time.

3Accounts & eligibility

• You must be of legal age to use the Service.
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• Keep your login details confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• Account administrators are responsible for the users they add and the permissions they grant.

4Plans, trials & billing

• Plans are based on the number of nozzles and users you can manage. Your plan, price, billing period and term are set out in your order form.
• New customers may start with a 14-day free trial.
• Billing is arranged directly with our team. Fees exclude applicable taxes.
• When a trial or subscription ends, or a payment is overdue, access to the portal may be paused until the subscription is renewed.

5Acceptable use

• Don't reverse-engineer FuelBotics or use it to build a competing service.
• Don't transmit unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
• Don't interfere with the performance or security of the Service.
• Stay within your plan limits.

6Your data & privacy

• You own the data you enter into the Service ("Customer Data"). We process it only to provide the Service.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, including meter readings, prices and stock figures.
• You must have the necessary rights and consents for any personal data you submit, such as employee or customer details.
• We apply reasonable safeguards to Customer Data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7Security & availability

We aim for high availability. Maintenance may cause short interruptions, which we try to schedule during low-usage times. Any service-level commitments will be stated in your order form or a separate SLA.

8Cancellations & refunds

• You can choose not to renew at the end of your current term, as set out in your order form.
• Fees are generally non-refundable unless your order form says otherwise.

9Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the contracting FuelBotics entity's jurisdiction. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law. Standard warranty disclaimers and liability limits apply.

10Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
