No. Fuelbotics runs in any modern web browser on a PC, laptop, tablet or phone, so there's nothing to install and you keep your existing pumps and equipment. There's no app-store app; just open it in your phone's browser.

Fuelbotics is cloud-based, so it needs an internet connection. It's lightweight and works fine over a normal mobile-data connection.

During onboarding our team helps you set up your stations, products, pumps, customers and suppliers. Full data migration from your registers, spreadsheets or previous system is included in the Customised plan.

Fuelbotics is designed to be easy for station staff to pick up, and our team guides you through setup during onboarding. The Customised plan adds formal training. You can also watch a short video tour on our brochure page.

By the number of machine nozzles you run: up to 6 on Basic ($19/month), up to 12 on Standard ($29/month) and unlimited on Premium ($39/month). Each plan also has a user limit of 5, 10 and 25. Every plan includes every feature. See the plans.

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can run Fuelbotics with your own stations before you commit. No card is needed for the trial.

You save 20% when you pay annually. Larger networks can ask for a Customised plan with pricing set for them.

Billing is arranged directly with our team, monthly or annually, and we can issue a receipt for every payment. Email [email protected] for payment options in your country.

The free trial comes with no commitment. For paid plans, cancellation and refund terms are set out in your order form and our Terms & Conditions.

Yes. Set up a group with each station under it and give users access to just the stations they need. Owners get cross-station reports to compare sites side by side. Multi-station is included on every plan.

Every tank dip is compared with book stock, showing the litres and value lost or gained between dips, with an alert when a dip moves more than 1% and 50 litres. The 360 report also compares pump meters with recorded sales, so fuel dispensed but not sold stands out.

No. Readings, tank dips and sales are entered by your team in the browser, with bulk entry for all pumps in one go.

Yes. Most lists export to Excel or PDF, or print straight from the screen, and the monthly profit & loss downloads as CSV, so it's easy to share figures with your accountant.

You can export to Excel or CSV for any accounting system. Custom integrations with your ERP or accounting software are available on the Customised plan; tell us what you use and we'll scope it.

No. Fuelbotics gives you accurate sales, purchase and expense records and a monthly profit & loss, which you can export for your accountant or tax software.

Fuelbotics is available in English, and each station can be set up with its own currency. It's used by stations in 5 countries and works wherever you have internet.

Your data is hosted in the cloud and every connection uses encrypted HTTPS. Each business's data is kept separate from every other account, sign-in is protected with a captcha, and records track who created or changed them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Yes. Per-user permissions decide which screens, stations and reports each person can open and what they can change, so attendants only see what their role needs.

You do. You can export your records to Excel, PDF or CSV at any time.
